Hi! I am looking for a female flatmate to share a cozy 6-bedroom apartment.

👩🏽‍🎨 About me:
I work in the public sector and have a background in the arts. Because my job is quite busy, I really value peace, quiet, and a relaxed atmosphere to wind down at the end of the day. In my free time, I love traveling, discovering new food spots in Brussels, and engaging with local community initiatives and social justice.
🗣️ Languages: Native Dutch speaker, fluent in English, and eagerly working on my French!

📍 Location:
Located in a multicultural, lively neighborhood where everything is within walking distance. VERY well-connected with a metro station (Ribaucourt) and various bus lines (MIVB/De Lijn) just around the corner!

🏡 The Space:
You will share a 6-bedroom apartment with me, featuring 2 shared bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher and washing machine). On the 4th floor there are 4 bedrooms sharing 1 bathroom, and on the third floor there are two rooms sharing one bathroom. (No elevator in the building)

🛌 The Rooms & Rent:
There are currently 2 rooms available, ranging from €475 to €565/month (+ €100 fixed costs for wifi, water, gas, electricity, and insurance).
All rooms are fully furnished with:

Option 4 (€550): Cozy, less direct sunlight, facing the very quiet backside of the building. Largest room 🌿 (4th floor)
