Hi! I am looking for a female flatmate to share a cozy 3-bedroom apartment.

A little about me: I work in the public sector and have a background in the arts. Because my job can be quite busy, I really value peace, quiet, and a relaxed atmosphere to wind down at the end of the day. In my free time, I love traveling and discovering new food spots in Brussels, and engaging with local community initiatives, social justice. I am a native Dutch speaker, I speak English fluently, and I am eagerly working on improving my French!

About the apartment & location: The apartment is located in a bustling, lively neighborhood where pretty much everything is within walking distance, and there is always something new to discover.
It is also ideally situated within easy walking distance of the metro station (metro and different buslines (MIVB/De Lijn) just around the corner! ), offering great public transport connections to the rest of town.

The space: You will be sharing a 3-bedroom apartment with me, featuring a shared bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen (including a dishwasher and washing machine).

The rooms: There are currently 3 rooms available. The photos show the bathroom, bedrooms, and kitchen in their current condition, but please note: all rooms will be fully furnished before move-in!

Availability: From August 1st (a later move-in date can be discussed upon availability).

Rent: Between €500 and €575 per month (depending on the room), plus €100 fixed monthly costs. These costs are all-inclusive (wifi, water, gas, electricity, and insurance).

Please note: If there is mutual interest after the viewing and you would like to proceed with renting a room, the next step in my process is signing the rental contract, along with paying the first month's rent and a two-month security deposit.
