I’m leaving my room at the end of June and looking for someone to take it over.

📆 When? From July 1st
📍 Where? Flagey, in Ixelles
💸 Rent? €795 all charges included (electricity, heating, water, internet, a cleaning lady once a week, etc. )
⌛ How long? Minimum 6-month contract, but if you want to leave earlier you just need to give 3 months’ notice before leaving or find someone to replace you.
👥 Flatmates? 4 flatmates (2 guys, 1 girl and one new tenant to come), all international aged between 24 and 28.

Your room:
* Around 20 m², facing the courtyard garden so it’s very quiet
* Shower room and toilet shared with a girl
* Furnished with bed, desk (different one then from picture, 1 wardrobe, etc. (I did buy some furniture that I’m selling for a very low price)

About the flat:
* Fully furnished and equipped (including washing machine, dishwasher, oven, iron, TV, etc. )
* ⁠Possible to be registered at the commune
* Located on the 1st floor
* Great lively neighborhood, well connected by public transport and close to the European institutions
* Supermarkets 2–5 minutes’ walk away
