Hello everyone! A semi-furnished room (large wardrobe and shelves - the bed can be sold if you need it) is available in our three-bedroom flat in Matonge/Saint Boniface, a few steps from Chaussée d'Ixelles. The flat is located on the 4th floor with lift and is fully equipped (washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, etc. ). It includes large common areas compatible with smart working and a garage with a parking space that would currently be of your exclusive use. The rent is 450€ + bills (we currently pay around 50€/month/person). We are preferably looking for a young worker (or serious student) who intends to stay for a long term and who speaks English, domiciliation is possible.
