Beneden is er een bureau met een gewone stoel, een boekenkast, een lavabo met warm en koud water en 3 stopcontacten.

En bas, il y a un bureau avec une chaise ordinaire, une étagère, un évier avec eau chaude et froide et 3 prises.

Het kot is ook 450 meter verwijderd van het tramstation: Marie-Jose en busstation: Arcades. Ook dichtbij gelegen van de treinstations: Arcades, Watermael en Boondaal. Er is ook een villo-station recht tegenover het kot. De VUB bevindt zich op 2,2km van het kot en de ULB op 1,8km. Ze zijn bereikbaar met de bus, tram, fiets en te voet.
