Je propose une chambre meublée (ou pas, vous pouvez enlever les meubles) et lumineuse d’environ 14m2. La chambre est située dans une maison avec un beau jardin fleuri, salon avec TV, cuisine, salle de bain, bref, tout ce qu’il faut !
C’est une colloc sympathique de 4 personnes (toi inclus). Les collocs ont entre 29 et 33 ans (2 demoiselles et 1 damoiseau), l’ambiance est cool/jeune travailleur. Pas de prise de tête, convivialité et respect sont les maîtres mots ! 😊
Le quartier est peut-être un des plus beau de Bruxelles. Nous avons le Chemin Vert (parfait pour le jogging) à proximité, moults parcs et ballades ou encore le magnifique moulin de Lindekemale. On a tout ce qu’il faut au niveau shopping également, donc tu ne mourras pas de faim. Supermarchés, boutiques bio, excellentes pizzas dans la rue d’à côté, et même un marché plusieurs jours par semaine.
Les transports sont très pratiques. Nous sommes à 3-5 min à pied de l’arrêt Stockel sur la ligne 1. Vous êtes à Schuman en 15 min et à Gare Central en 25 min.
Le prix est de 460 euros par moi tout inclus (WIFI, chauffage, gaz, électricité, femme de ménage 1 fois par semaine).
La chambre sera disponible à partir du 1 juillet (ou un peu plus tôt si ça t’arrange, à discuter).

Enfin, comme il n'y a pas plus d'étudiants dans la colloc, la priorité sera donnée à une personne en fin d'étude, en stage ou qui travaille.

I propose a furnished and sunny room of 14m2 (the room can be unfurnished if you prefer). The room is located house with everything that you need: a garden, a living room with TV, bathroom…
There are 3 other nice flat mates (2 ladies and 1 gentleman). They are between 29 and 33 years old. It is a chill and young professional atmosphere. Respect and conviviality are key! 😊
The neighborhood may be one of the nicest in Brussels. The house is located near the Green Path (Chemin Vert – great for jogging) and many parcs and hiking trails and the beautiful Lindekemale Mill. Also, you shall not starve as we have supermarkets, organic shops, some great and cheap pizzas in the next street and even a market several days per week.
Also, public transport is very convenient. We are 3-5min walk from the Stockel metro station. That will take you to Schuman in 15 min or to the city center in 25 min.
The price is 460 euros per month, all included (WIFI, heating, electricity, cleaning lady once per week)
The room will be available from June July 1st (or earlier if convenient, we can discuss it).
