Shared housing 14 m² Stuyvenberg in Brussels

I propose a furnished and sunny room of 14m2 (the room can be unfurnished if you prefer). The room is located house with everything that you need: a garden, a living room with TV, bathroom…

There are 3 other nice flat mates. They are between 29 and 33 years old (2 ladies and 1 gentleman). It is a chill and young professional atmosphere. Respect and conviviality are key! 😊

The neighborhood may be one of the nicest in Brussels. The house is located near the Green Path (Chemin Vert – great for jogging) and many parcs and hiking trails and the beautiful Lindekemale Mill. Also, you shall not starve as we have supermarkets, organic shops, some great and cheap pizzas in the next street and even a market several days per week.

Also, public transport is very convenient. We are 3-5min walk from the Stockel metro station. That will take you to Schuman in 15 min or to the city center in 25 min.

The price is 460 euros per month, all included (WIFI, heating, electricity, cleaning lady once per week)

The room will be available from June July 1st (or earlier if convenient, we can discuss it).
