Colocation 90 m² Avenue Général Médecin Derache

I am sadly leaving Brussels mid-July and looking for someone to take over my room and lease in our two-people flatshare with the best of roommates you could possibly imagine.

Room and apartment
- Cimetière d’Ixelles/ULB
- From 15 July (flexible), the lease goes until March but can be extended. We do have a very nice landlord.
- Spacious room in a +-90m2 nicely furnished two-bedroom apartment with a huge terrasse that overlooks the gardens; bathtub, fully equipped kitchen, open dining- and living room
- The room comes with a roomy built-in wardrobe, furniture can be taken over for a small fee
- The apartment is tastefully furnished, there is a washing machine and all the utilities you could wish for (including airfrier, ricecooker etc. etc. )
- 820 euros including all of the charges and internet
- Every other week, our lovely Fatia comes to clean the flat and rooms

Your flatmate:
- Joaquin, 25, a Uruguayan sunshine of a character, very organised, likes books, excellent cook and mealprep’er, best of roommates and always up for a beer and pizza (I will miss him dearly). Joaquin works in the EU bubble and speaks English; Spanish; Italian and can teach you any of those in exchange for French
