The basic rent is 500 euro and the room consists of:

Forfait fixed price 75 euro a month
Not included: private renters insurance and fire insurance (mandatory) ; use of laundry machine and dryer (to be paid separately when used)

The monthly fixed forfait covers:
* internet (soon to be through fiber)
* room is cleaned every two weeks
* weekly cleaning of the commons
* clean bedsheets are provided every two weeks
* water
* electricity
* gas
* central heating
* Other: toilet paper, paper towel, trash bags (white, yellow, blue, ), kitchen towels – wekelijks
