🏡 I’m leaving my room in this beautiful and recently renovated house with a shared living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, terrace, wonderful garden, laundry room (washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities).

The house is in a calm and quiet street just off Place du Châtelain and Rue du Bailli, a district full of several cafes, bars, restaurants, brunch places and shops! It is also walking distance from Saint Gilles, another vibrant neighborhood in Brussels.

🛏️ The room is a modern 12m2 room (double bed, desk, wardrobe) on the second floor with a shared bathroom (shower, sink and toilet). You will share it with one girl.
Therefore we are looking for girls only.

Price is €561+ €122 for electricity, water, internet, Netflix and a weekly cleaning service.

You will live with 6 other international workers 🇫🇷🇲🇹🇧🇪🇬🇷🇮🇪 (all between 25-31 years old). We enjoy spending time together to discuss and relax after a long day, watching movies together, organize brunches on the terrace, dinners and drinks or day/weekend trips. We also value each other’s privacy.

You will also be joining a wider community of coliving houses who organise events to get to know other young professionals in different houses!
