Hey everyone!

I’m leaving my room in a 3-bedroom apartment in Ixelles and looking for someone to take over starting September 1, 2025. The room is part of a house that has five separate flats spread across five floors.

The apartment is shared with two other students and includes a shared bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The room itself is about 14 m² and comes fully furnished with a bed and mattress, worktable, chair, wardrobe, lamps, and more. It also has a small French balcony. You’ll also have access to all the kitchen essentials like pots, pans, cups, forks, and spoons.
The house has a washing machine and dryer, and wireless internet is included in the rent. It’s located in Ixelles, just a 3-minute walk from the tram, Germoir station, and supermarkets (Carrefour express 3 min, Lidl and Colruyt 5 mins walk), and it’s also close to Flagey and Place Jourdan.
