Spacious house just outside Brussels with “3” Erasmus Program Student or Internship rooms in a quiet and safe neighbourhood and with very good and fast connection to Brussels and Aalst

-- Etterbeek (ULB and VUB) : 40 to 50 minutes !! Not ideal !!

ULB or VUB student? Sorry, my house is on the wrong side of Brussels and is therefore less suitable for you : -(
I also have a very strong preference for Erasmus Program students during their internship or a semester exchange (Short-term rental).
Official address is only possible for Erasmus program (or equivalent) students.

It’s an ideal place for foreign students who are doing an internship for a few months in the centre of Brussels or in Aalst.
Minimum contract duration is 3 months, can be renewed (max 6 à 7 months).
Contract always starts on the first of the month and ends at the end of a month. Pets not allowed. No smoking in house.

On the 1st floor of my house I have 2 spacious bedrooms (20m²) with single bed. On the 2nd floor of my house I have 1 bedroom (30m²) with double bed. Only 1 person/room.
Unlimited fast WiFi in all rooms.
Of course you also make use of the kitchen, living room, bathroom, washing machine, dryer, etc ...
Around the house there is a spacious garden. During the summer you can use the BBQ and the garden furniture.
The driveway to the house is closed with a gate and there are plenty of privative parking spaces (Free parking!!! ).
You don't have a car? No problem, the house is located just behind the train station Ternat.
Shopping facilities in the area are great: Aldi, Okay, Lidl, AD Delhaize supermarkets are within walking distance.
Sports center, swimming pool, park, municipal services are also all within walking distance.
You can use the entire house and garden. You rent more than just a room.
Washer & dryer in the house. Duvet & sheets are incl.

390 € + 180 €* = 570 € = All-in price for the 30m2 room
370 € + 180 €* = 550 € = All-in price for the 20m2 room
(* = Gas, water, electricity, unlimited internet)

Only students "and I ask for proof" who are doing their internship or doing a master or doctorate exchange in an Erasmus Program. NO first-year students, other students or working professionals.

Please clearly indicate in your application whether you are doing an internship or if you are an exchange student, how old you are and what your nationality is. (For non-European students: is your visa already approved or not? )

PS: Due to busy schedules and my target group of foreign students, it's impossible to organize visiting moments for prospective tenants.
