A sunny individual room with a single or double bed in a shared girls flat on the groundfoor and +1 /-1 apartment , comprising hall, 11 rooms with 9 private bathrooms with shower and sink and toilet and 2 with common bathroom , 2 fully new equipped kitchens and big furnished living room in common . The room is clean and pleasant, furnished in a practical way and comprise: single or dpuble bed, mattress, small cupboard, worktable, office chair, comfortable chair , wardrobe , hangings, ceiling luminary, standard lamp, desk lamp , curtains (type Ikea, ... ). We provide also forks and spoons, pot and pans and a pillow and a duvet at your arrival .
Wireless internet is included in the rent. There’s also a washing machine and a dryer at the deposal off the tenants in the flat ( included in the rent)
A regular cleaning of the common parts of the flat is also included in the rent.
The room is cleaned before your arrival but has to be kept clean by the tenant him or herselfduring your stay .
We 're looking for new tenants who wants to stay minimum 5- 6 months or longer ( end of august 2026)here and who wants to move in during end of february -first march .
The checking in and out is done by an independent expertise office Ageci
There is also a overnight guest fee of 35 euro a night and an assurance fee of 65 euro to be covered during your whole stay ( 65 euro to be paid only one time for a whole year ).
