A sunny individual room with a double bed and private bathroom in a shared flat on the groundfoor , comprising hall, 11 rooms with 9 private bathrooms with shower and sink and toilet and 2 with common bathroom , 2 fully new equipped kitchens and big furnished living room in common . The room is clean and pleasant, furnished in a practical way and comprise: single or dpuble bed, mattress, small cupboard, worktable, office chair, comfortable chair , wardrobe , hangings, ceiling luminary, standard lamp, desk lamp , curtains (type Ikea, ... ). We provide also forks and spoons, pot and pans and a pillow and a duvet at your arrival .
Wireless internet is included in the rent. There’s also a washing machine and a dryer at the deposal off the tenants in the flat ( included in the rent)
A regular cleaning of the common parts of the flat is also included in the rent.
The room is cleaned before your arrival but has to be kept clean by the tenant him or herselfduring your stay .
We 're looking for new tenants who wants to stay minimum 6 months or longer ( end of august 2027)
