Les colocataires actuels sont un étudiant allemand de 24 ans et deux professionnels d'une trentaine d'années. Le loyer comprend tout, sauf une petite part pour payer le wifi. La chambre est lumineuse, avec de hauts plafonds, du parquet et une terrasse privée. Je cherche un étudiant ou un professionnel de plus de 22 ans, qui ne fume pas et n'a pas d'animaux.
