About the house: renovated place in the city centre . Located 5 min away from Gare du Midi in Brussels centre, a 8 min walk to Saint Gery and La Bourse and its bursting nightlife or a 10 min stroll from Dansaert and its unique boutiques, this charming duplex house will host 5 people in total.
You will have your own completely furbished room.
You will share 2 bathrooms, a big kitchen with a nice dining area and a cozy living room that comes with a 55 inches smart TV. The kitchen is equipped with induction hobs, a microwave, an oven, a dishwasher and a large fridge.
The prices range from EUR 520 for the smaller rooms to 550 for the bigger ones + EUR 70 provision for amenities (water, heating, electricty, Wifi is included and on top of it all: a friendly housekeeper who helps keep the place tidy and clean once a week! ).
