Big room in a charming house. You will share the second and third floor with two calm and lovely international students: Ole (Germany) and Victoire (France). The building is located ideally in a quiet street near Flagey. Very well connected with public transport and even on foot (Jourdan, Mérode, Fernand Coq, Cim. d'Ixelles, Louise, Schuman,... )
- The room is semi-furnished: you can have most of the furniture for free (two closets, clothing rack, desk, chairs,... ). I am selling one of my mattresses for €40
- Well-equipped kitchen, big bathroom, lovely terrace and balcony, even a vacuum cleaner is present
- The contract starts on the first of May

Chambre grande dans une maison charmante. Vous partagez le 2ème et 3ème étage avec deux étudiants internationaux calm et sympas: Ole (Germany) et Victoire (France). Le batiment se trouve dans une location idéale dans une rue très calme à deux pas de Flagey. Hyper bien desservi par transport public et même à pied tout est proche (Jourdan, Mérode, Fernand Coq, Cim. d'Ixelles, Louise, Schuman,... )
- Chambre partiellement meublée: vous pouvez garder la plupart des meubles gratuitement (deux armoires, porte-vêtements, bureau, chaises,... ) Et je vends un de mes matelas pour €40
- Cuisine bien équipée, grande salle de bains, terrace et balcon agréable, il y a même un aspirateur
- Le contrat commence le premier mai
