On cherche urgemment une colocataire pour le 7 novembre.
On est deux filles : moi (Laura) et Victoria dans un appartement de trois chambres.
On est dans le quartier Flagey dans une maison de rangée au troisième étage, l'appartement se développe aussi sur trois étages : dans le premier étage il y a le salon et la cuisine, dans le deuxième étage il y a ma chambre et celle de Victoria et les deux salles de bains avec toilette (une avec douche, l'autre avec bagnoire) et dans le troisième étage il y a la chambre que sera à toi.
On a un four dans la cuisine, un microonde, une lave-vaisselle et une machine à laver.
Le prix est de 500€ par mois tout inclus :
Le loyer et les frais sont à payer séparément : moi je m'occupe de payer les frais et Victoria s'occuper de transférer l'entièreté du loyer au propriétaire. Donc on peyera :
450€ pour le loyer
47€ pour internet (50€ tot, 16€ par personne), gaz et électricité (90€tot et 31€ par personne). Les frais de l'eau sont géré par le propriétaire.
Il y a une caution de 800€.
Le dernier frais à payer est l'assurance maison: 57€ totales à payer en une fois pour toute l'année (173€ totales).
Les meubles de la chambre sont à racheter par le courent colocataire.
On cherche une personne disponible à partager du temps ensemble, mais que au même temps laisse du temps privé aux autres.
Dans la maison on parle francais et anglais, moi je parle aussi Italien.

We are ugently looking for a roommate for Novembre the 7th.
We are two girls: me and Victoria in a three-room apartment. We are located in the Flagey neighbourhood and the apartment is on the third floor: It is divided into three floors itself. On the first floor you have the living room and the kitchen, at the second floor there are mine and Victoria's rooms and the two bathrooms (both with toilet, one with the shower and the other one with the bathtub).
We have an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a washing machine.
The price is 500€ per month all included.
We divide the payment of the loan and the bills, I am in charge of paying the bills and Victoria is in charge to transfer the whole loan to the owner.
The loan is 450€ per month.
The bills are 47€ per month, including internet (50€ tot, 16€ per person), gas & electricity (90€tot, 31€ per person). Water bills are paid by the owner.
There is an 800€ deposit.
The last payment is one year of home insurance: 57€ to pay just once (173€ totals).
Room furniture is to buy from the current roommate.
We are looking for someone that sometimes likes to spend some time together, and likes to leave privacy to others at the same time.
