Colocation 110 m² Avenue Armand Huysmans à Bruxelles

Nous recherchons 1 colocataire G/F entre 18 et 24 ans pour compléter notre coloc de 3 à partir du 1er octobre 2025.
L'appartement se situe avenue Armand Huysmans, donc très proche de l'ULB (2min à pied).
Il y a 1 chambre disponible de 15m². Les chambres ainsi que tout l'appartement possèdent un mobilier neuf, y compris l'électroménager.
L'appartement a une superficie de 110m², possède un grand séjour (40m²), une salle de bain avec douche italienne et WC, un WC séparé, une cuisine et un balcon. L'appartement est au 5e étage (avec ascenseur).
L'appartement se situe juste à côté du quartier du cimetière d'Ixelles, donc nombreux commerces avoisinants (pharmacie, supermarché, boulangerie).
Pas de fêtards SVP, non fumeur et pas d'animaux.
Etudiant(e)s en Erasmus sont les bienvenu(e)s.
Les charges comprennent le gaz, l'électricité, l'eau, le chauffage, l'ascenseur, le WiFi illimité et le nettoyage hebdomadaire des communs.

The flat is located avenue Armand Huysmans, so it is very close to the ULB (2min walk)
The room is 15 sqm. Both rooms and the whole flat have brand new furnitures, including the home appliance.
The flat has an area of 110m² , with a large living room (40m²), a bathroom with Italian shower and WC, isolated WC, a kitchen and a balcony. The flat is at the 5th floor (there is a lift).
The flat is located next to the area of the Ixelles cemetery, so are there lots of shops (pharmacy, supermarket, bakery).
No partier please, no smoker and no animals.
People who are coming for an Erasmus would be well appreciated too, it would be nice to meet other cultures.
