Het complex is opgedeeld in twee deelgebouwen, waarvan het ene de studio’s herbergt (20 units) en het andere de kamers (59 units).
Elke studio is volledig bemeubeld met bed, kleerkast, bureau en zitruimte. U heeft tevens eigen sanitair én een eigen keuken.
De residentie "Don Giovanni" is gesitueerd in de Kreupelenstraat 17, in de nabijheid van Odyssée (hub) en de Brouckère, en biedt plaats aan 132 studentenkamers. De kamers zijn 18m² groot en op het einde van het jaar volgt dan een gedetailleerde afrekening. Contracten zijn steeds voor 12 maanden.
