I’m moving out and looking for someone to take over my room in our spacious, welcoming house! 🌿 The place has a great kitchen, a laundry area, and three bathrooms. We also have a lovely large garden that is perfect for recharging on sunny days. ☀️

We are located in one of the best and green neighborhoods of Brussels. You have three parks within a five-minute walk, and we are just five minutes from the Forêt de Soignes and 15 minutes from Woluwe Park. 🌳 Beyond the nature, it is a quiet and friendly residential area.

As a woman living here, I truly appreciate how safe and comfortable it feels to walk home at night. ✨ It is the perfect balance of a peaceful escape while remaining well-connected to the city center and the European Quarter. You have a supermarket, local bars, and restaurants right around the corner. 🛒🍻

The room is bright and spacious, fully furnished with a double bed, a large wardrobe, and a desk. 🛏️

You will be living with young professionals and interns around 25. We keep a steady, professional rhythm during the week, but it is a supportive and relaxed environment. We mostly speak French at home, but we are very open to English speakers and would love to have someone who values a sense of community. 🤝

The rent is 480 euro, plus 100 euro for utilities and a 15 euro cleaning fee two times every month. 💸 (Below market price for Brussels/Belgium🙈🙈)
