Ik ben op zoek naar iemand om mijn kot over te nemen vanaf 15 juli tot 15 september (vernieuwing van contract voor 12 maanden of minder is mogelijk!! ).
De kamer kost €440/maand (alles inbegrepen).

Het kot is gelegen in de wijk Anneesens.
Het sanitair is te delen met anderen (5 personen). Beneden in het gebouw is er een keuken, maar in de kamer kan je ook zelf een kookplaat installeren.
‼️De kamer komt niet met het meubilair op de foto ‼️, de volgende zaken blijven wel nog: de tafel met drie stoelen, houten constructie waar nu de “keuken” op staat geïnstalleerd, houten kast, extra elektrische verwarming, en mogelijkheid om een 1 persoonsbed + matras te voorzien.

Les sanitaires sont à partager avec d'autres personnes (5 personnes). Il y a une cuisine au rez-de-chaussée de l'immeuble, mais vous pouvez également installer une plaque de cuisson dans la chambre.
‼️La chambre n'est pas meublée comme sur la photo‼️, mais les éléments suivants restent en place : la table avec trois chaises, la structure en bois sur laquelle est actuellement installée la « cuisine », l'armoire en bois, un chauffage électrique d'appoint, et la possibilité d'ajouter un lit simple + matelas.

The bathroom facilities are shared with others (5 people). There is a kitchen downstairs in the building, but you can also install your own hob in the room.
‼️The room does not come with the furniture shown in the photo‼️, but the following items will remain: the table with three chairs, the wooden structure on which the ‘kitchen’ is currently installed, a wooden cupboard, an additional electric heater, and the option to provide a single bed + mattress.
