Located near Wiels, on Georges Leclercqstraat. Student housing with 9 bright rooms, a shared living room, 2 kitchens (with dishwashers and ovens) and showers. All kitchen necessities are present. There is also a courtyard and a roof terrace. The room has a sink and mirror, wardrobe closet, cabinet, desk and chair, bed (and if wanted also a mattress).

You’d be sharing the house with eight students and interns who moved in about a month ago. They’re from different parts of Europe and will be staying until around the end of August.

Having had a great student experience myself, I really value a good atmosphere in the house. It seems the current residents have succeeded in creating a good vibe—they explore the city and go out together, and i’ve heard they regularly organize shared dinners and movie nights.

Perks of the neighborhood A 15-minute flat bike ride to the center (Brussels residents will appreciate this), 8 minutes by bike or public transport to Brussels-South, and shared scooter/bike parking spaces right outside the door. Relaxation: Parc de Forest and Duden Park for all your summer evenings, Parvis de Saint-Gilles so you don't always have to go to the center for a drink, and the Wiels Museum with its view and vegetable garden. Shops & restaurants: Lidl is literally within sight, Proxy Delhaize around the corner, organic shop Bloum on the way to Narafi, the famous Aube bakery around the corner 🤤, and Snack Wielemans, the best snack bar in Brussels, yes indeed. Sports: Basic-Fit nearby. You can go jogging in the Park of Vorst, the Dudenpark, or 700 meters further along the canal.
