I am looking for someone to take over my student room in the "Studeopolis" residence (managed by Diggit Studentlife) in Brussels. The room is STU 0. 01B, located on the ground floor, and is approximately 19 m². You will share a bathroom (shower, toilet, and sink) with only one other person (from the neighboring room). The kitchen is shared with other residents on the same floor.

Rent & Costs
The "warm rent" consists of the base rent of €540 plus €110 in utilities. These utilities cover water, electricity, heating, and Wi-Fi, so there are no additional monthly costs.

Furniture Transfer: I would like the new tenant to take over the mattress (bought new upon move-in, currently 6 months old) and the desk chair for a total price of €100.

The Residence: Studeopolis
Studeopolis is a modern student residence located at Helihavenlaan 42/46, 1000 Brussels. It is situated near the North Station (Gare du Nord) and is excellently connected to public transport. Several shops, including two supermarkets, are within walking distance.

Contract Details
The rental agreement is handled directly through Diggit Studentlife.
