A furnished room in a house in Woluwe-Saint-Lambert close to Diamant and Gribaumont (10 min walking) will be available in July! We are looking preferably for trainees/young professionals.

Registration in the commune possible!

Well connected to metro line 1; buses 21, 80, 29, 79; trams 7 and 25. 15 min to Schuman, 25 min to UCL Brussels Woluwe.

The house has two large living spaces: a fully equipped kitchen/dining room and a living room. It has two bathrooms (2 showers, 3 toilets), washing machine and dishwasher. It also has a small garden, a balcony and a rooftop terrace!

The room, available July 1st, is furnished. The rent is 575€ per month including charges (water, electricity, internet).
A one-month deposit is required. We also add 20/30€ each month to cover house expenses (cleaning service once a week, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc. )
