Nice connections for all public transport. We provide a spacious room of 25 m2 (15m2 + 10 m2 mezzanine), on the 3th floor of our family house, furnished (bed, mattress, closets, desk and couch) and comes with a modern bathroom on the same floor (to share with a student. Kitchen is to share with the family. The room is very private and quit to be able to study in, still only minutes away from shops, bars and public transport.
