Bonjour! Je mets en location ma chambre à partir du 1 septembre dans une colocation étudiante mixte située à proximité du Square Ambiorix. Le logement est confortable et proche de toutes commodités.

La chambre se situe au premier étage de la maison ( qui en possède 3 ) et est entièrement meublée avec un lit, une penderie, un bureau et une table de chevet. Elle est en parfait état et prête à être occupée. Le loyer est de 660 € par mois sans les charges.

La maison est composée de plusieurs étudiants dans une ambiance conviviale et respectueuse. Au rez-de-chaussée se trouve une cuisine entièrement équipée, un salon commun ainsi qu'une terrasse à l'arrière. Chaque étage dispose d'une salle de bain partagée avec les deux autres colocataires de l'étage.

En moins de dix minutes à pied, se trouve un Lidl, un Carrefour et un Delhaize et la maison est entouré de commerces alimentaires. Un lavoir, une boulangerie et l'arrêt du bus 59 à 5 min, et le shop "1210" à 2 min, pour les colis vinted. Des salles de sport sont aussi à proximité ( "basic fit" et "winners" ). Enfin, le Square Ambiorix, situé à quelques minutes, apporte un véritable plus au quotidien grâce à son cadre verdoyant et son ambiance agréable.

I'm looking for someone to take over my room from September 1st in a mixed student house located close to Square Ambiorix. The house is comfortable and conveniently located, with everything you need nearby.

The room is located on the first floor of the house (which has three floors) and comes **fully furnished with a bed, wardrobe, desk and bedside table. It is in excellent condition and ready to move into. The rent is €660 per month, excluding utilities.

The house is shared with other students in a friendly and respectful atmosphere. On the ground floor, you'll find a fully equipped shared kitchen, a common living room and a terrace at the back of the house. Each floor has a shared bathroom used by the three students living on that floor.

The location is very convenient. Within a 10-minute walk, you'll find Lidl, Carrefour and Delhaize, as well as several other grocery stores. A laundromat, a bakery and the bus 59 stop are just a 5-minute walk away, while the "1210" parcel shop, useful for Vinted deliveries and pickups, is only 2 minutes away. There are also two gyms nearby (Basic-Fit and Winners). Square Ambiorix, just a few minutes away, is a great place to relax and enjoy the neighborhood.

The house is shared with students, and the atmosphere is welcoming and respectful.
