I will be leaving my room after a wonderful time here and am therefore looking for a replacement (preferably a boy to keep parity).

📍Schaerbeek: 20 min from Schuman and 10 from Parc Josephat by foot. Also close to bus and tram (7/25) less than 5 minutes walk away.

The house consists of 7 other young international workers from all around the world. This is a really fun and easy-going house. We have dinners together and frequently go out for a drink in the neighbourhood. We often make the most of the garden in the nice weather to host BBQs.
The house has 8 rooms, all with private bathrooms, spread over 4 floors fully renovated in 2022. There is a huge living room, a fully equipped kitchen with lots of natural light, as well as an enormous garden to enjoy (see pictures)
The room is 17m2 with private ensuite shower, sink and WC, and a private terrace. It’s fully furnished with a desk, chair, lamps, a double bed, wardrobe and bedside table, etc.
There's a Carrefour Express less than 5 minutes walk and bigger supermarkets (like Carrefour Market, Aldi, Intermarché) 10 minutes away. There are a range of local cafés/bars in the neighbourhood to explore too
💶 The price is €684 + €151 flat charges (water, gas, electricity, insurances, internet, TV, cleaning)

Je quitterai bientôt ma chambre après une excellente expérience ici, et je cherche donc quelqu’un pour me remplacer (préférablement un garçon pour la parité).

La maison est composée de 7 autres jeunes travailleurs internationaux venant du monde entier. L’ambiance est très conviviale et détendue : on dine et sort régulièrement prendre un verre dans le quartier. Dès qu’il fait beau, on profite du jardin pour organiser des BBQ.
La maison comprend 8 chambres avec salles de bain privées, réparties sur 4 étages, entièrement rénovée en 2022. Vous y trouverez un grand salon, une cuisine entièrement équipée et très lumineuse, ainsi qu’un immense jardin (voir photos).
La chambre fait 17 m² et possède une salle de bain privative (douche, lavabo, WC) ainsi que d’une terrasse privée. Elle est entièrement meublée : bureau, chaise, lampes, lit double, armoire, table de nuit, etc.
Un Carrefour Express se trouve à moins de 5 minutes à pied, et de plus grands supermarchés (Carrefour Market, Aldi, Intermarché) sont accessibles en 10 minutes. Le quartier offre également plusieurs cafés et bars sympathiques à découvrir.
