Rent: €566 / month (first month may be slightly adjusted due to indexation)
Charges: Not included (approximately €60–€80/month, varies)
Deposit: Equivalent to 2 months’ rent

- Only 3 minutes from Merode metro station
- Right next to tram 81
- Close to shops, parks, and amenities

About us:
We are both students who also work, and we’re easygoing, respectful, and tidy. We enjoy a calm and friendly living environment.

Who we’re looking for:
- Responsible and clean
- Comfortable sharing common spaces
- Ideally someone looking for a stable stay

Important:
The landlord requires proof of stable income equivalent to the full monthly rent of the apartment.
