The house consists of a dining room, kitchen, laundry room, two toilets and a bathroom. The dining room is furnished with a Led TV, dining table and several chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking pans, pots, cuttlery, fridge with freezer, microwave and cooking plates.

The bedroom is entirely furnished with single bed, desk, chair, wardrobe with two doors and a private sink. In addition there is a nice street view.

The house is located in Etterbeek which is one of the safest and most central districts of Brussels and It is very close to the European Parliament.
In addition there are a lot of historic sights such as the Barony which is the oldest building in town or the Cauchie house built by Paul Cauchie. Furthermore, there are several green areas such as the Jean-Felix Hap garden.

Etterbeek is provided by good transportation service including several metro stations and the rail station called Gare d'Etterbeek.

The monthly rent is 550€ including the utilities costs, therefore you will not have to pay anything more.
Short stay for less than 6 months is possible and the rent would remain the same.
