Student room 15 m² steenzwaluwenlaan

Two student rooms in a shared apartment – Auderghem

Two rooms are available to rent individually to students in a second-floor apartment in a house on Steenzwaluwenlaan / Avenue des Martinets in Auderghem.

Both rooms face the garden. The larger room has its own shower and washbasin. The other room uses the shared bathroom.

Residents share a kitchen, living room, bathroom, separate toilet, hallway and small terrace. Only two rooms are rented out; the third room remains locked and is used for storage.

A pleasant home for two students who enjoy sharing an apartment while each having their own private room. The rooms can be rented separately and are also suitable for two students looking for accommodation together.
