A room is available immediately in a lovely shared house around Ambiorix. Do not contact me for to rent it starting in september, I'm looking for someone now.
The room is spacious, bright, and fully furnished with a double bed, mattress, wardrobe, desk, and chair.
The location is great: only 100m from Parc Ambiorix and very close to Madou metro.
You’ll be sharing the house with 4 great girls in an international, young adult atmosphere, with people doing internships or studying around the European Commission.
The house is big and well equipped, with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a dining room, a courtyard, and cellars.
Rent is €520 per month, excluding charges.
Ideally, they are looking for a girl to replace me.
