Spacious and pleasant house spread over three floors.
Common areas:

Basement with laundry room, mini gym, mini bar and bike storage

The house is not open to pets.

🛏 The Room

Approximately 16 m², located on the 3rd floor. Spacious, with a mezzanine.
Partially furnished (sofa, wardrobe, coffee table and desk). Bed not included.
It is located right next to the bathroom equipped with a shower-bathtub, toilet, sink and storage.
The bathroom is shared with Guillaume, who is very tidy.

👥 The Housemates

You will be sharing the house with four people:

Guillaume, 24, bartender and Master’s student in Labour Sciences
Jacques, 25, telecom sales representative
Marie, 26, psychologist
Meeri, 26, final-year Master’s student in textile design

We are looking for someone in our age range, either a young professional or a student, who wishes to settle in for the long term. Ideally someone comfortable with shared living, who enjoys sharing a meal or a chat from time to time while respecting everyone’s space and independence. We value someone reliable, clean, organised and mindful of common areas so that the house remains pleasant for everyone 😊.

French or English is required to facilitate daily communication.

The atmosphere is calm, friendly and relaxed 🏡. We have different schedules, so the house stays lively without being noisy. We enjoy catching up from time to time to talk or share simple moments, while keeping our independence. The goal is for everyone to truly feel at home.

📄 Long-term rental(We are looking for people who plans to stay a year minimum) with domicile registration possible.
