Room for rent in a very cozy apartment.
The apartment (about 86 m²) is furnished, the room being rented (about 10–12 m²) is not.
You will share this lovely home with a 31-year-old visual artist and a very sweet and characterful long-haired cat.

I’m looking for someone who is very tidy, disciplined in that regard, with some drive, open-minded, calm and quiet, and queer-friendly. Also someone who will take good care of the furniture in the apartment and of my cat.
These things are a must for me; if you think you fully fit this profile, feel free to get in touch — living together could work out well.

I’m looking for someone for at least 6 months, from 1st of february until end of August or end of September 2026). Kitchen and bathroom are shared, the living room can be used if respectful coexistence is maintained.
