Here are the first answers to questions you may have.
- We do not ask for money before handing over the keys. The deposit is two months and you must pay the first month's rent as well.
- The contract is for 10 months, after the building is emptied for renovation. However, you may be able to stay more than 10 months if the renovation is postponed.
- The owner is looking for a rather student profile. NO FAMILY NO CHILD
- It is possible to domicile/register you
- We only rent to people who take from April 1st!!! Not after!
- You can live there as a couple
- The rent is 800E excluding charges. We are a couple living there and we paid about 120e in winter.
- The list of furniture that remains is in the ad, the rest belongs to us and is not for sale. You will especially need a bed and decoration.
- The building is quiet.
- Look carefully at the photos of the toilet and the bathroom. The kitchen is open to the shower and the toilets are also with the kitchen separated by wooden plates.
