The area is well-connected (metro line 5 takes you to the centre in 15min, tram 81, many buses).
This is a non-smoking, baby-friendly house (house-sharing with a French-Argentinian couple with a 6 years old daughter and 2 years son, and an Italian-British young professional).
Contracts of one year or more, with possibility to extend.
The room is 15m2 for 650€/month.
Rent covers all charges, including a cleaning person for the common areas.
