There is a room available in our newly renovated house. The place is spacious (200m2), has many windows, a terrace and garden (90m2). The house has a new and fully equipped kitchen (we enjoy cooking! ), a large living room with a projector, two bathrooms (bathtub and shower), and 3 WC. The rooms are furnished (double-bed, desk and wardrobe) and have two windows each. The house is in a lively neighbourhood of Brussels, close to Place de Linde with shops, parks and cafés. The area is well-connected (metro line 5 takes you to the centre in 15min, tram 81, many buses).
This is a non-smoking, baby-friendly house (house-sharing with a French-Argentinian couple with a 6 years old daughter and 2 years son, and an Italian-British young professional).
Contracts of one year or more, with possibility to extend.
The room is 15m2 for 650€/month.
Rent covers all charges, including a cleaning person for the common areas.
