Au rez de chaussée se trouvent les communs qui font 60m2, à partager avec 3 autres étudiants de 20 à 24 ans, 1en électromécanique à l'EPHEC et 2 autres au conservatoire Royal de Bruxelles.
Langues parlées : anglais, français et russe.

La salle de bain se trouve sur le palier, baignoire, WC, évier.

A furnished room (28m²) is becoming available in our student shared apartment in the Botanique area of ​​Saint-Josse.
The 60m² common areas are located on the ground floor and are shared with 3 other students (aged 20–24)—one studying electromechanics at EPHEC, and two others at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels.
Languages ​​spoken: English, French, and Russian.

Amenities include:

Student lease term: 3 months to 1 year.
