Cleaning fee depending on the size of the room between €83 and €97 per month. We want to ensure a pleasant stay for all our tenants. That is why we attach great importance to the cleanliness of the apartment. The rental price includes a complete set of dishes and cutlery. Each room has its own crockery and cutlery. You have free and unlimited internet access (soon to be high-speed fiber optic). All rooms are named after European cities. However, the rooms are all located in Brussels at the same address. - Rome, 19m2 (double bed) with bathroom (bathtub! ) and toilet for €543 starting 1 March 2026

In addition to the bed, each room has a wardrobe, a desk with a chair, and... the kitchen is fully equipped with personalized plates and cutlery. There is a dishwasher and a washing machine. Another plus is the central location. Many shops are within walking distance. A train station, several bus stops, and two metro lines are “just around the corner. ” WiFi: the fastest in the city, with no restrictions and the best—soon to be fiber! Included in the rental price. Forfait nettoyage selon la taille de la chambre entre 83 € et 97 € mensuel. Nous souhaitons garantir un séjour agréable à tous les locataires. C'est pourquoi nous attachons une grande importance à la propreté de l'appartement. Le prix de la location comprend un service complet de vaisselle et de couverts. Chaque chambre dispose de sa propre vaisselle et de ses propres couverts. Vous bénéficiez d'un accès gratuit et illimité à Internet (prochainement par fibre optique à très haut débit). Tout les chambres portent des noms des villes européennes. Mais les chambres se trouvent tous à Bruxelles au même adresse. Dans chaque chambre outre le lit, il y a une armoire, un bureau avec une chaise et... la cuisine est entièrement équipée avec des assiettes et couverts personnalisées. Avec une lave-vaisselle et un lave-linge. Un autre point positif est l'adresse central. De nombreux magasins ont accessibles à pied. Une gare, plusieurs arrêts de bus et deux lignes de métro sont "au coin de la rue". WiFi: le plus rapide de la ville, sans restrictions et le meilleur - bientôt fibre ! : inclus dans le prix de la location.
