De residentie "Don Giovanni" is gesitueerd in de Kreupelenstraat 17, in de nabijheid van Odyssée (hub) en de Brouckère, en biedt plaats aan 132 studentenkamers. De kamers zijn 18m² groot en op het einde van het jaar volgt dan een gedetailleerde afrekening. Contracten zijn steeds voor 12 maanden.
Gelegen in centrum Brussel zijn diverse hogescholen (Odisee, Erasmus... ) of universiteiten (VUB, ULB... ) vlot te bereiken en je zit op wandelafstand van diverse trams, bussen en treinen. En uiteraard is de bruisende binnenstad ook maar een boogscheut verwijderd.
