Grand appartement très lumineux à Schaerbeek (rue Marbotin), disponible immédiatement. Location court terme de 2 à 4 mois pour 1 personne seule. Loyer : 625 € + charges (~125€ pour chauffage, électricité, eau et internet). Officiellement il s'agit d'une co-colocation, mais concrètement vous aurez l'appartement pour vous seul. Je viendrai uniquement 4 jours début décembre et dormirai dans la seconde chambre. L'appartement est meublé et dispose de toutes les commodités (avec en plus un lave-linge et lave-vaisselle), vous n'avez plus qu'à apporter vos valises. Il s'agit d'un quartier résidentiel, très beau parc et supermarchés à proximité + arrêts de bus et tram tout proches avec accès vers le centre-ville. Nouvelle cuisine et appartement entièrement repeint il y a un an.

Rent : 625 € + fees (~125€ for heating, electricity, water and internet). I'm sub-renting my apartment (= I won't be there) but I'll come back 4 days in the beginning of December : the rest of the time I'll let you alone ! It's all furnished and with comfort (washing machine + dish-machine), you just have to carry your luggage. The neighborhood is residential, very beautiful park nearby and shopping facilities + close tram en bus stops that brings you to the center. New kitchen and painting, one year ago
