Co-locatie 15 m² Rue de Gravelines

Schaerbeek is where Brussels gets interesting. And this house sits right in the middle of it.

We’re a mix of young professionals and interns here — people with jobs and traineeships all over the city, especially around the EU institutions. We cook together a few times a week (there’s always someone making too much food, never a problem), we hang out in the common areas, and it’s the kind of house where a quick “hello” in the kitchen turns into an hour of talking. Warm, easy, good people.

🏡 The house
Beautifully renovated, fully furnished, and everything just works. Big common spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and secure access by badge or smartphone. A cleaner comes once a week for the common areas — no group-chat arguments about the mop. Heating, electricity, wifi: all included. One price, zero surprises.

🛏️ Your room
Private furnished room with your own private shower and sink — your own bubble inside the house. Some rooms also come with a private toilet. Move-in ready.

🌳 The neighbourhood
You’re in Schaerbeek, just a short ride from the European Quarter — perfect if you’re starting a traineeship or a job at the institutions. Parc Josaphat nearby for a run or a lazy afternoon in the grass, great cafés, bakeries and restaurants around the corner, and trams everywhere to get you across Brussels in minutes.

📅 Availability
Several rooms available now and for November — a great chance if you’re looking as a group, you could all land in the same house.
