LOCALISATION 📍

Rue des Alliés, à deux pas du stade de l’Union, du parc Duden et de Forest et de Forest National. Tram 82 à 2 min, bus 54/48/52/74 à 5-10min. Lidl et Colruyt à 10min, une boulangerie hyper bonne et quelques bars-restos plutôt cool. Le quartier est familial et très agréable!

L’APPART 🏠

Il comprend 6 chambres avec chacune une salle de bain privée (douche-lavabo).

Au RDC : un grand salon avec une cuisine ouverte lumineuse et toute équipée : lave vaisselle / lave linge + sèche linge / deux frigos / deux congélateurs / beaucoup de placards. Il y a une grande table à manger pour inviter des amis. Il y a également deux chambres et un toilette.

Au 1er étage : 4 chambres dont une qui se libere + deux toilettes.

Il y a aussi une grande cour à partager avec l’appart voisin mais parfait pour les beaux jours avec une table et même un bar. Dans l’appartement il y a aussi une cour plus petite avec table et barbecue.

LA CHAMBRE

Chambre au 1er, très lumineuse et cosy avec les grandes fenêtres donnant sur la cour de l’immeuble. Entièrement meublée aussi avec lit / bureau / armoire / salle de bain.

COLOC

La coloc est plutôt internationale, deux français (un part bientôt), un ouzbek, un espagnol et un futur arrivant

💰Loyer : 600 + 100€ pour les charges. Domiciliation possible.

Rue des Alliés, not far from the Union stadium, Duden Park, and Forest National. Tram 82 is a 2-minute walk away, and buses 54/48/52/74 are a 5-10 minute walk. Lidl and Colruyt are 10 minutes away, as well as a fantastic bakery and some cool bars and restaurants. The neighborhood is family-friendly and very pleasant!

THE APARTMENT 🏠

It includes 6 bedrooms, each with a private bathroom (shower and sink).

On the ground floor: a large living room with a bright, fully equipped open-plan kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, two refrigerators, two freezers, and plenty of storage. There's a large dining table for diner with friends. There are also two bedrooms and a toilet. On the first floor: 4 bedrooms, two of which are currently vacant, plus two toilets.

There is also a large courtyard shared with the neighboring apartment, perfect for sunny days, furnished with a table and even a bar. The apartment also has a smaller terrace with a table and barbecue.

THE BEDROOM: on the first floor, very bright and cozy with large windows overlooking the building's courtyard. It is also fully furnished with a bed, desk, wardrobe, and bathroom.

This is a fairly international shared apartment: two French (one living soon), one Uzbek, one Spanish and one arriving soon.
