Een fijne kamer dichtbij het park, tramhalte Union en LUCA school of arts. Binnen 10 min ben je op Brussel-zuid, supermarkten zijn er op een loopafstand en er zijn ook leuke plekjes om een drankje te doen. De buurt is rustig, af en toe wat drukker als er een voetbalwedstrijd is maar dat zorgt verder niet voor overlast.

Je deelt het appartement met 4 meiden (het is Female-only), samen hebben jullie een keuken met afwasmachine, oven, magnetron etc. er staat ook een eettafel met stoelen en is er een verhoogd terras dat aansluit aan de keuken. Ook deel je 2 badkamers, allebei uitgerust met een douche, wc, droogrek en wasbak. De kamer zelf is gemeubileerd met een bed, 2 bureaus, een kledingkast, boekenkast, een stoel en gordijnen. Er zit een groot raam aan het einde van de kamer dus aan lichtinval geen gebrek.

De andere meiden zijn erg rustig en eigen ruimte wordt altijd gerespecteerd. We helpen elkaar en communiceren waar nodig. Iedereen is vrij schoon en ook komt er vaste schoonmaakster (dit zit bij de huurprijs inbegrepen) die het hele appartement grondig schoonmaakt dus je hoeft zelf daarnaast niet veel te doen.

A cozy room near the park, the Union tram stop, and the LUCA School of Arts. You can reach Brussels-South in 10 minutes; supermarkets are within walking distance, and there are also some nice spots to grab a drink. The neighborhood is quiet, though it gets a bit busier occasionally when there’s a soccer game, but that doesn’t cause any disturbances.

You’ll share the apartment with 4 girls (it’s female-only); together, you’ll have a kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc. There’s also a dining table with chairs and a raised terrace connected to the kitchen. You’ll also share 2 bathrooms, both equipped with a shower, toilet, drying rack, and sink. The room itself is furnished with a bed, two desks, a wardrobe, a bookshelf, a chair, and curtains. There’s a large window at the end of the room, so there’s plenty of natural light.

The other girls are very quiet, and personal space is always respected. We help each other and communicate when necessary. Everyone is fairly tidy, and there’s also a regular cleaning lady (included in the rent) who thoroughly cleans the entire apartment, so you don’t have to do much yourself.

Une chambre agréable à proximité du parc, de l'arrêt de tram Union et de l'école des arts LUCA. En moins de 10 minutes, tu es à Bruxelles-Midi ; les supermarchés sont accessibles à pied et il y a également de jolis endroits où prendre un verre. Le quartier est calme, parfois un peu plus animé lorsqu'il y a un match de foot, mais cela ne cause pas de nuisance.

Vous partagez l'appartement avec 4 filles (c'est réservé aux femmes), vous disposez ensemble d'une cuisine équipée d'un lave-vaisselle, d'un four, d'un micro-ondes, etc. Il y a également une table à manger avec des chaises et une terrasse surélevée attenante à la cuisine. Vous partagez également 2 salles de bains, toutes deux équipées d'une douche, de toilettes, d'un étendoir à linge et d'un lavabo. La chambre elle-même est meublée d'un lit, de deux bureaux, d'une armoire, d'une bibliothèque, d'une chaise et de rideaux. Il y a une grande fenêtre au fond de la pièce, donc la lumière ne manque pas.

Les autres filles sont très calmes et l'espace de chacun est toujours respecté. Nous nous entraidons et communiquons lorsque c'est nécessaire. Tout le monde est assez propre et une femme de ménage vient régulièrement (ce service est inclus dans le loyer) pour nettoyer l'appartement de fond en comble, vous n'avez donc pas grand-chose à faire de votre côté.
