Tu partageras l’appartement avec Armand (artiste), Elisa (doctorante), Théane (gynécologue) et notre petit chaton Fraxi 🐾.
On aime cuisiner, papoter et passer du temps ensemble, tout en respectant l’espace et le rythme de chacun. La colocation est ouverte, bienveillante et LGBTQ+ friendly 🌈.
La chambre est entièrement meublée et donne accès à une cour privative.
L’appartement comprend deux salles de bains, deux WC, un salon, une cuisine équipée, une salle à manger, un espace de création, un balcon et une cour intérieure.
🚌 Transports : trams 7, 92 et 55, gare de Schaerbeek et E40 à proximité.
🛍️ Commerces et Docks accessibles à pied.

I’m looking for someone to sublet my room from March 1st to September 1st in our bright duplex shared apartment in Schaerbeek.
You’ll be sharing the flat with Armand (artist), Elisa (PhD student), Théane (gynecologist), and our little kitten Fraxi 🐾.
We enjoy cooking, chatting, and spending time together, while also respecting everyone’s personal space. The flatshare is open-minded, caring, and LGBTQ+ friendly 🌈.
The room is fully furnished and has access to a private courtyard.
The apartment includes two bathrooms, two toilets, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a creative space, a balcony, and an inner courtyard.
