One of the flatmates is a freelancer often travelling for work. As he’s frequently away from Brussels, the apartment in practice feels like it's shared between two people only.

The apartment is 120 mq with a very large and bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely terrace. There is one bathroom and two toilets.

The layout offers real privacy as the bedrooms are well spaced out. This particular room is the most independent of the three.

Located less than five minutes from the metro station (lines 1 and 5) and within walking distance of Lidl, Aldi, Carrefour, and Proxy Delhaize.

Rent is 717 € + charges (about 85 €, for gas and electricity)
Deposit is 1, 434 € (equivalent to two months' rent)

Domiciliation is possible.

Available from July 1 (early move-in from June 25 is possible). Ideally looking for someone who can stay at least a year.
