The house is located in Berchem Sainte Agathe 20 mins from the city center with punlic transport. The area is very nice, well connected and there are lot of amenities in close distance like: grocery shop, library with post office, pharmacy, bar, tram stop 9, hospital etc. The price of the room is 500E plus 50E for charges.
