Je suis à la recherche d’une personne pour une reprise de bail du 1er juillet à fin décembre (minimum). Vous serez en colocation avec un homme de 25 ans (NE/FR/EN).


Le loyer est de 650 EUR toutes charges comprises.


Situé Rue de l’Enseignement (commerces, café et tous les transports sont à proximité).


Le Parlement européen est à 25 min à pied, 8 min en vélo et 20 minutes en transports.

La Commission européenne est à 18 min à pied, 5 min en vélo et 8 min en transports.


La chambre contient :

- Un lit simple (pouvant s’étendre en lit double)

- Un grande armoire avec penderie

- Une grande commode

- Un bureau

- Une douche

- Un lavabo


Les parties communes :

- Cuisine équipée avec un frigidaire par locataire

- Toilettes

- Salle à manger


Les charges comprennent :

- WIFI

Close to the Central Station and the Parc de Bruxelles, a room in a quiet street is for rent from July to the end of December.


I am looking for someone to take over the lease from 1 July to the end of December (minimum). You will be sharing with a 25-year-old man (NE/FR/EN).


The rent is 650 EUR including all charges.


Located on Rue de l'Enseignement (shops, café and all transport links nearby).


The European Parliament is 25 minutes away on foot, 8 minutes by bike and 20 minutes by public transport.
