Avenue Louise 25 min walking distance or 10 min by nearby tram.

The house (“maison de maître”) offers 2 separate WC and 2 large bathrooms (to be shared with one or 2 other flat mates. Another shower is located in the gym in case of rush. There is a fully equipped large kitchen with 2 large fridges and a freezer, large shelves and cupboards, a big living room + dining room (70 sqm ground floor). Common parts (kitchen, bathrooms, ground floor, WC, staircase…) are cleaned by a professional once a week plus on demand in your room (vacuum etc). Everything has been renovated to high standards and furnitures and equipments are new. The house also has a gym in the basement (elliptical, carpets, weights). Last, there is also a small garden, nice for BBQs.

The 1st bedroom to rent is located on the first floor and has a lovely garden view. It has a wooden floor, double glazed windows and is furnished with a bed, a desk and a wardrobe. The 2nd bedroom is similar but located on the second floor, street side and has a doublebed.

The all inclusive rent for each room is 625€ (475 rent + 150 for charges): access to gym, washing machine and dryer, Internet Wifi, gas, water, electricity, TV, professional cleaner, bed sheets/towels. Common goods: toilet rolls, soap, oil/salt/pepper/ washing powder/ etc are included in this price. 2 months of rent as a deposit is required (950 €).

Your flatmates are generally European young professionals (EU/engineers/law...)

We are looking for absolutely non-smoker persons. Pets are forbidden in the house. To live happily in this house, we’re looking for a person respectful of the others right to sleep (no noise from 10PM to 6AM) and who wants to live in a clean environment.
