Sleek design, modern construction of the rooms and a little alternative feel: that is Usine. Opened in 2016 in the western part of Brussels, the complex is divided into two buildings, one of which houses 20 studios and the other 59 rooms.

The rooms all have a nice furniture package with desk, wardrobe, bed… and a sanitary area with shower, sink and toilet. The studios have a nice kitchen on top of this. All rooms and common parts are put together in a sleek design that you will surely love.
