La maison est en périphérie mais très bien connectée au centre de Bruxelles via les trams 51 et 82 ou via le train (station Moensberg). Avec le train, accès au Quartier Européen et à l'unif ULB/VUB en 20 min.
Proximité du ring.

A 50 mètres, vous trouverez un supermarché (Delhaize), une banque, une bonne boulangerie et une boucherie.
Il y a de nombreux espaces verts à proximité.

Le studio est meublé et équipé. Libre à vous de le personnaliser un peu plus.

We have a small house located in Uccle/Drogenbos, with a studio we want to rent.
We live in the house but the studio is private, you have 2 rooms, a shower room and a kitchenette. There is a possibility of a small outdoor space.
The house is not in the heart of Brussels but very well connected via trams 51 and 82 or by train (Moensberg station). For example, with the train, access to the European district and the university ULB/VUB in 20 min.
Near the auto "ring".
At 50 meters, you find a supermarket, a bank, a good bakery and a butcher.
There are many parks nearby.
The studio is furnished and equipped.
